The invention relates to a laying, maintaining and repairing material for an asphalt road and a production technology of the material, in particular to a cold patch asphalt mixture for a road and a production technology of the cold patch asphalt mixture. The asphalt mixture can be used in various severe weather or at a low temperature and mainly comprises 90%-95% by mass of aggregate and 5%-10% by mass of matrix asphalt, wherein the matrix asphalt mainly comprises 1%-2% by mass of an additive, 16%-23% by mass of diesel oil and 76%-84% by mass of asphalt oil. The asphalt mixture is produced with a specific processing technology, has plasticity and flowability when paved and rolled and can be extruded into irregular places in potholes, part of a solvent is volatilized under the action of travelling vehicles and air, the asphalt is thickened gradually, distribution of particles in the mixture is more compact, the voidage is reduced, the ore feed is more firmly bonded, and the compactness of the mixture is improved; soft pavement feeling disappears gradually, and the process generally needs 7-10 days; thereafter, the strength can be improved gradually, and the asphalt mixture is applicable to any weather and environment.
