The cold patch asphalt liquid is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 90-110 parts of No.70 matrix asphalt, 1-3 parts of epoxy resin, 0.4-1 part of terpene resin, 0.2-0.6 parts of an anti-stripping agent, and 15-26 parts of diesel oil. The cold patch asphalt mixture can be stored for a long time, and the use effect is still good after the cold patch asphalt mixture is stored for one year; the stability and cohesion stability are high, the requirement for workability can be met, and a serious rut phenomenon cannot begenerated at the initial stage after pit slot repairing; and the durability is good, the general service life can reach 2 years or longer, and the service life of the cold patch material is prolonged.
