Lime-free Yellow River sand autoclaved aerated concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to lime-free Yellow River sand autoclaved aerated concrete and a preparation method thereof. The aerated concrete is prepared from dry materials and auxiliary materials, wherein the dry materials comprise the following components in percent by weight: 40 to 50% of Yellow River sand, 20 to 45% of portland cement, 0 to 5% of special cement, 5 to 20% of flue gas desulfurization gypsum and waste materials as the rest, and the waste materials are leftovers which are generated by cutting in the process that autoclaved aerated concrete building blocks are produced; the auxiliary materials comprise aluminum powder paste, NaCO3, a foam stabilizer and a water reducing agent, the aluminum powder paste occupies 0.08 to 0.12% of the weight of the dry materials, the NaCO3 occupies 0.15 to 0.25% of the weight of the dry materials, the foam stabilizer occupies 0.02 to 0.03% of the weight of the dry materials, and the water reducing agent occupies 0.03 to 0.05% of the weight of the dry materials. According to the autoclaved aerated concrete, cheap Yellow River sand is adopted, lime is not consumed, and the product performance meets the requirements of national standard.
