Impact-resistant and anti-cracking concrete aggregate
The invention discloses impact-resistant and anti-cracking concrete aggregate. The impact-resistant and anti-cracking concrete aggregate is characterized by comprising components in parts by weight as follows: 180-280 parts of portland cement, 50-80 parts of fly ash, 220-280 parts of rubbles, 100-150 parts of anhydrite, 100-200 parts of sand, 170-200 parts of water, 13-25 parts of high-strength steel-wire-like fiber, 1-4 parts of bone collagen powder, 3-5 parts of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 1.5-3 parts of a water reducer, 4-6 parts of an impact-resistant activator and 3-5 parts of an anti-cracking agent. Industrial aluminum sulfate and cellulose acetate fiber are doped in concrete, and through the compounding action of two flexible materials of the industrial aluminum sulfate and the cellulose acetate fiber, the concrete has high crush resistance, high flexural strength and high impact-resistant tenacity; the elasticity modulus of the concrete is effectively reduced, the damping ratio of the concrete is increased, accordingly, cracking prevention of the concrete is possibly realized during use, the durability of flexible concrete is improved, and the service life of a structure is prolonged.
