The invention relates to the technical field of high-toughness concrete, and provides anti-cracking and impact-resistant concrete and a preparation method thereof. The concrete comprises the following components: cement, water, sand, stone, fly ash, a water reducing agent and modified polypropylene fiber. Wherein the modified polypropylene fiber is prepared by reacting 4 '-aminobenzo-15-crown-5-ether with stearoyl chloride to prepare a 15-crown-5-ether derivative containing an organic long chain, and coating the surface of the polypropylene fiber with the 15-crown-5-ether derivative. When the modified polypropylene fiber is added into a concrete formula, the polypropylene fiber can be promoted to be uniformly dispersed in a system, and the interface bonding of the polypropylene fiber and an inorganic matrix can be improved, so that the toughening modification effect of the polypropylene fiber on the concrete is improved, and the concrete has better anti-cracking and anti-impact properties.
