SnO2-Zn2SnO4 pressure sensitive and capacitive difunctional ceramic material and preparation method thereof
Disclosed are a SnO2-Zn2SnO4 pressure sensitive and capacitive difunctional ceramic material and a preparation method thereof. The ceramic material is made by mixing, pressing and sintering 80 mol% of SnO2 powder, 20 mol% of Zn2SnO4 powder and (0.2-0.8) mol% of SiO2 powder. The problem that existing SnO2-Zn2SnO4 pressure sensitive and capacitive difunctional ceramic has a low nonlinear coefficient is solved; the ceramic prepared by the preparation method has a good current-voltage nonlinear relation.
