The invention discloses a Ni2O3-SnO2-Zn2SnO4 pressure-sensitive composite ceramic material, which is prepared by mixing, pressing, and sintering SnO2 powder, Zn2SnO4 powder, and Ni2O3 powder, wherein the mole ratio of SnO2 powder to Zn2SnO4 powder to Ni2O3 powder is 80:20:x, and x is in a range of 0.15 to 0.6. By doping Ni2O3, the pressure-sensitive voltage gradient of SnO2-Zn2SnO4 composite ceramic can be effectively adjusted, and thus the provided Ni2O3-SnO2-Zn2SnO4 pressure-sensitive composite ceramic material can be used in most voltage protection fields in a lower voltage range without changing the size of devices.
