Compact clay brick for blast furnace
The invention provides a compact clay brick for a blast furnace, which comprises a substrate, wherein the substrate comprises a central base layer and a compact layer arranged on the upper surface of the base layer; a micro-porous insulating layer is arranged on the lower surface of the base layer; the thickness of the micro-porous insulating layer is 1/3 of the thickness of the base layer; the thickness of the compact layer is 1/5 of the thickness of the base layer; blind holes of which the hole diameters are 10-15mm are uniformly distributed in the surface of the base layer; and cement paste is poured in the blind holes. The compact clay brick is formed at high pressure and high temperature and is firm in structure, low in cost, resistant to high temperature and good in thermal stability.
