Continuous casting tundish paint and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a continuous casting tundish paint and a preparation method thereof. The technical scheme is as follows: the preparation method comprises the following steps: using 50-65 wt% of magnesite particle, 5-15 wt% of forsterite particle, 10-20 wt% of magnesite fine powder, 5-10 wt% of magnesium oxide micropowder, 5-12 wt% of clay powder and 0.1-0.5 wt% of silicon carbide micropowder as raw materials, adding organic fiber (accounting for 0.03-0.12 wt% of the raw materials) and polycarboxylic acid (accounting for 0.01-0.05 wt% of the raw materials), and mixing for 1-3 minutes; and adding water which accounts for 6-12 wt% of the raw materials, stirring at 60-80 r/min to a flow plastic state, and painting on a permanent lining of the continuous casting tundish. The continuous casting tundish paint has the characteristics of no phosphorus, excellent adhesiveness, high moderate-temperature strength, high hot-state strength, high volume stability at high temperature, high peeling resistance, scour resistance, corrosion resistance, long service life and environment friendliness, and can purify molten steel.
