Semitransparent three-dimensional honeycomb ceramic net
A semitransparent three-dimensional honeycomb ceramic net is mainly prepared from aluminum oxide, sintering aids, binder, lubricant, antifoaming agent and distilled water, wherein sintering aids include nitrate of Y(NO3)3.6H2O, La(NO3)3.6H2O, Ce(NO3)3.6H2O, Zn(NO3)3.6H2O, Mg(NO3)3.6H2O and Ni(NO3)3.6H2O, binder is hydroxypropyl cellulose or ydroxypropyl methyl cellulose or hydroxyethyl cellulose, lubricant is glycerinum or ethylene glycol or glycerol or the like, and antifoaming agent is n-butyl alcohol or ethyl alcohol or the like. The raw materials are evenly mixed and kneaded, then degassed and refined 2 to 3 times in vacuum to be subjected to plastic transformation, and aged for 20-30 h at a room temperature to form plastic pug; the pug is extruded by a die to form a wet green body; the wet green body is dried under radio frequency at a temperature of 195 DEG C to 210 DEG C for 0.4 h to obtain a dry green body, and a sample is obtained through burning; the dry green body sample is put in a furnace to be roasted according to the firing system, and then the visible light semitransparent honeycomb ceramic piece with a certain thickness is obtained.
