The invention provides a blue algae fishing method and device. The blue algae fishing device comprises a platform, a plurality of vortex well algae taking device, and a submersible sewage pump, wherein branched pipelines are communicated with a main pipeline, and the main pipeline is provided with a plurality valves, at least one flow meter and at least one concentration meter, a lifting well, a control system and an upper computer. By arranging the concentration meter and the flow meter in the main pipeline, the defect that the concentration of the blue algae pulp sucked to a peak adjusting tank cannot be detected in the prior art is solved; by adopting the technical scheme that a motor is fixed with a screening tray by a connecting piece and the screening tray is driven by the motor to lift and descend so as to adjust the distance between the opening of an inner drum and the water surface as well as a water discharge pipe of the submersible sewage pump, the water free of blue algae is discharged through the water discharge pipe when the blue algae do not reach the submersible sewage pump, so that the concentration of the blue algae pulp in the peak adjusting tank is increased, the late treatment cost of the blue algae pulp is lowered and the treatment efficiency is improved; the treatment amount of the blue algae pulp is displayed and controlled in real time by the upper computer.
