Novel ocean engineering pile foundation capable of reducing pile body deflection and manufacturing method thereof
The invention discloses a novel ocean engineering pile foundation capable of reducing pile body deflection and a manufacturing method thereof. The pile foundation comprises an upper steel pipe pile, a middle reinforced concrete pile and a lower expanding concrete pile which are sequentially connected from top to bottom, wherein an upper grouting guide pipe and a lower grouting guide pipe are arranged in the upper steel pipe pile; an upper grouting hole is formed in the position near a pile body mud surface; a lower grouting hole and a grouting side plate are arranged at the lower part near the mud surface outside the pile body; an upper grouting bottom plate and a lower grouting bottom plate are respectively welded on and below the grouting side plate; a reinforcement cage is arranged from the position near the mud surface inside the pile body to the upper part of the lower expanding concrete pile; an annular piled weight is arranged on a pile periphery mud surface; a main body of the piled weight adopts an annular reinforced concrete structure; and isolation steel plates are arranged in the main body of the piled weight, and gravel is filled in the main body of the piled weight. Based on the idea of a composite pile and by combining with grouting and expanding processes, the invention provides the novel ocean engineering pile foundation for improving the vertical and lateral bearing force of the pile foundation to reduce pile body deflection and a method for manufacturing the pile foundation. The pile foundation also has favorable economic applicability.
