Loader working device
The invention provides a loader working device which comprises a movable arm, wherein the front end of the movable arm is connected with a bucket; a movable arm oil cylinder is arranged at the lower end of the rear side of the movable arm; a rotating bucket oil cylinder is arranged at the lower end of the front side of the movable arm; the rear end of the rotating bucket oil cylinder is connected with the movable arm through a rear pin shaft of the rotating bucket oil cylinder; and the front end of the rotating bucket oil cylinder is connected with the bucket through a front pin shaft of the rotating bucket oil cylinder. The movable arm comprises two movable arm plates, and the two movable arm plates are welded through enhanced round steel so as to form a box structure. When high-order unloading of a material needs to be carried out, the movable arm reaches the highest point under the lifting effect of the movable arm oil cylinder, and meanwhile, the rotating bucket oil cylinder shortens the stroke and drives the bucket to clockwise rotate around the movable arm, thereby realizing the unloading of the material at the highest point. The device provided by the invention overcomes the defects of the prior art, can greatly improve the visual field of a driver in operation, is compact in structure, high in strength and reliable in performance, reduces the quality of the complete machine, increases the payload and operating efficiency and lowers the manufacturing cost.
