Loader working device
The invention relates to a loader working device. In order to solve the problems that in an existing loader working device, a rotating bucket oil cylinder affects the field of view of an operator, anda rotating bucket mechanism affects lifting power of a moving arm, the loader working device is provided and comprises a moving arm, a scraper bucket hinged to the front end of the moving arm, and apulling rod with the front end being rotatably connected with the scraper bucket, a speed reducer and a hydraulic motor connected with an input shaft of the speed reducer are mounted on the moving arm, a rocker arm is mounted on an output shaft of the speed reducer, and the tail end of the rocker arm is hinged to the rear end of the pulling rod. The loader working device is not provided with the rotating bucket oil cylinder, the upper half part of the rocker arm is also omitted, and thus an operator can obtain the better field of view; the scraper bucket is not interfered by the rocker arm during bucket retracting, the opening angle of the scraper bucket can be designed to be larger, the center of gravity of the scraper bucket is closer to a rear, and thus operation stability of the wholedevice is improved; and in the lifting process of the moving arm, the rotating bucket mechanism does not apply reverse torque to a moving arm oil cylinder, and the lifting power of the moving arm is improved equivalently.
本发明涉及装载机工作装置,为解决现有装载机工作装置中转斗油缸会影响操作者视野以及转斗机构会影响动臂提升力的问题;提供一种装载机工作装置,包括动臂、与动臂前端铰接的铲斗、前端与铲斗转动连接的拉杆,在动臂上安装有减速机和与减速机输入轴连接的液压马达,减速机的输出轴上安装有摇臂,摇臂的末端与拉杆的后端铰接。本发明没有转斗油缸,摇臂也取消了上半部分,操作者可以获得更好的视野;铲斗收斗时不受摇臂干涉,铲斗张角可以设计的更大,铲斗重心更靠后,从而提高整机作业稳定性;动臂举升过程中转斗机构不会向动臂油缸施加反向力矩,等同提高动臂提升力。
