Elastic thick marble-imitated coating and brushing process thereof
The invention discloses an elastic thick marble-imitated coating. The elastic thick marble-imitated coating is adhered onto a wall base material, and comprises a diving joint area; the coating is divided into a plurality of coating areas; the diving joint area comprises an elastic putty layer, a priming paint layer and a diving joint paint layer from inside to outside in sequence; each coating area comprises the elastic putty layer, the priming paint layer, an elastic textural paint layer, a liquid marble layer and a water-based finishing paint layer from inside to outside in sequence; the height of the diving joint area is less than that of the coating areas. The invention further discloses a brushing process of the marble-imitated coating. The brushing process comprises the following steps: treating the wall base material surface, scraping elastic putty, brushing priming paint, forming a diving joint, brushing diving joint paint, protecting the diving joint, applying elastic textural paint, spraying marble paint, and brushing water-based finishing paint. According to the marble-imitated coating, paint film shedding can be effectively prevented, tiny cracks can be made up, coating cracking caused by base material slight deformation can be effectively avoided, outside moisture can be prevented from entering the wall body, and the service life of the coating is relatively long.

The invention discloses an elastic thick marble-imitated coating. The elastic thick marble-imitated coating is adhered onto a wall base material, and comprises a diving joint area; the coating is divided into a plurality of coating areas; the diving joint area comprises an elastic putty layer, a priming paint layer and a diving joint paint layer from inside to outside in sequence; each coating area comprises the elastic putty layer, the priming paint layer, an elastic textural paint layer, a liquid marble layer and a water-based finishing paint layer from inside to outside in sequence; the height of the diving joint area is less than that of the coating areas. The invention further discloses a brushing process of the marble-imitated coating. The brushing process comprises the following steps: treating the wall base material surface, scraping elastic putty, brushing priming paint, forming a diving joint, brushing diving joint paint, protecting the diving joint, applying elastic textural paint, spraying marble paint, and brushing water-based finishing paint. According to the marble-imitated coating, paint film shedding can be effectively prevented, tiny cracks can be made up, coating cracking caused by base material slight deformation can be effectively avoided, outside moisture can be prevented from entering the wall body, and the service life of the coating is relatively long.
