The invention discloses an air-conditioner mounting rack which comprises a suction cup. The suction cup is provided with a supporting rod, and a thread is arranged on the upper-middle portion of the supporting rod. The supporting rod is vertically sleeved with an oscillating rod, and the oscillating rod is arranged on the supporting rod in sliding and rotating modes. A nut is arranged on the supporting rod and located on the lower side of the oscillating rod. A rotation handle is arranged on the nut. A supporting plate is arranged at the tail end of the oscillating rod, and a guardrail is arranged on the supporting plate. The air-conditioner mounting rack is detachable and convenient for workers to carry.
