According to the intelligent double-layer rotating-type parking place, a spiral groove mechanism capable of rotatably lifting is adopted, a torsion spring, rotating and reversing of entering and existing the parking place of a car are achieved on the condition of being driven by no motor by skillfully utilizing the safe antiskid clamping mechanism and the spiral groove mechanism capable of rotatably lifting, troubles, backing the car to enter the parking place and turning around to take out the car, of a user are eliminated, the distance, driving to enter the parking place, of a driver is decreased, and car parking space and time are saved.
