The invention relates to a double-layer intelligent parking system, and belongs to the technical field of parking equipment. The system comprises an underground garage arranged underground; a jacking oil cylinder installed in the underground garage and used for supporting at least two automobiles which are arranged in a staggered mode in the vertical direction and driving the automobiles to ascend and descend; a hydraulic device mounted in the underground garage and used for providing power for the jacking oil cylinder; and an electrical device mounted in the underground garage and used for providing power. According to the intelligent parking system, at least two vehicles can be parked in the area of one ground parking space, and the ground and underground vehicles can be driven away at any time, so that the parking efficiency is high, and the requirements of cities, especially urban areas with numerous population, for the intelligent parking system are really met; by means of the intelligent imaging parking device, the condition of the underground parking space is monitored, whether a vehicle is parked underground or not is shown through the parking sensing device, and a user can conveniently know the parking condition, so that the parking efficiency is improved.
