The invention relates to a moving wing reversely-folded type rotor wing door with a secondary protection function. The rotor wing door comprises fixed door frames, a rotating frame, rotor wings and rotating door frames. The fixed door frames are two arc doors and are arrayed into a circular door frame with two notches in a mirror symmetry mode. The rotating frame is arranged at the center of the two fixed door frames in the radial direction. The two ends of the rotating frame are provided with the arc-shaped rotating door frames through the two rotor wings respectively. The end faces of the two sides of each rotating door frame are each provided with an arc-shaped fan blade through a hinged shaft along the arc extension line of the corresponding rotating door frame, and hinges matched with the hinged shafts are mounted between the arc-shaped fan blades and the rotating door frame. According to the wing reversely-folded type rotor wing door, under the conditions that primary protection of the rotor wing door fails and a motor rotates, the arc-shaped fan blades enable a human body to bear pressure, so that a moving wing of the rotor wing door is reversely folded, and personal safety is protected. The method is called secondary safety protection.
