WING DOOR LOCKING APPARATUS FOR FOLDING TYPE WING BODY
Disclosed is a wing door locking device for a foldable wing body. According to the present invention, the wing door locking device for a foldable wing body, which is installed in the bottom of a loading floor part of a wing body truck and includes a plurality of engagement members spaced and installed on the bottom of a wing door, includes: a driving part including a hydraulic cylinder, a cylinder rod and a tension member connected to the front end of the cylinder rod for the operation of the locking device; a hook member connected to the driving part to be engaged with or released from the engagement member of the wing body while being rotated; and a fixed support member combined with a predetermined spot of the hook member and fixed to the floor of a vehicle body. The hook member having an L-shape includes: a combination hole formed to be combined with a first hinge shaft; a first rotary part in which the combination hole is located; a second rotary part placed near the first rotary part; a hinge hole formed between the first and second rotary parts; and an engagement unit integrally bent from the second rotary part.
폴딩형 윙바디의 윙도어 잠금장치가 개시되어 있다. 본 발명은, 윙바디 화물차의 적재바닥부 저면부에 설치되며, 윙도어의 하단에 복수개가 이격되어 설치되는 걸림부재를 구비하는 폴딩형 윙바디의 윙도어 잠금장치에 있어서, 상기 윙도어 잠금장치는, 잠금장치의 구동을 위해 유압실린더, 실린더로드 및 상기 실린더로드의 선단부에 연결된 인장부재를 구비하는 구동부; 상기 구동부에 연결되어 회동하면서 윙바디의 걸림부재에 걸리거나 해제될 수 있는 후크부재; 및 상기 후크부재의 일정 지점에 결합되고 차체 바닥부에 고정되는 고정지지부재를 포함하며, 상기 후크부재는 'ㄱ'자 형상을 갖는 것으로서, 제 1힌지축이 결합되는 결합공이 형성되어 있고, 상기 결합공이 위치하는 제 1회동부를 구비하며, 상기 제 1회동부와 접하여서 제 2회동부를 구비하고, 상기 제 1회동부와 제 2회동부 사이에는 힌지공이 형성되어 있으며, 상기 제 2회동부로부터 벤딩되어 일체로 형성된 걸이구를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
