Inclined supporting access door adopting honeycomb structure and mounting method
The invention provides an inclined supporting access door adopting a honeycomb structure and a mounting method. The access door adopts the structure that an access is formed through fixed connection and mutual crossing of a connection beam and connection nodes arranged on a bottom ring beam and a roof ring beam. The mounting method comprises the steps that the access door is divided into two overlapped mounting areas and an arranging, supporting and mounting area according to the stressed conditions of members; in the overlapped mounting areas, the connection beam, the connection nodes and arc-shaped steel members of the roof ring beam are connected from the bottom up according to design requirements, and fixed after measuring and positioning; in the arranging, supporting and mounting area, a support jig frame is arranged first, the arc-shaped steel members of the roof ring beam and the connection nodes are connected with each other and fixed after measuring and positioning, so as to form the roof ring beam, and then the connection beam is connected with the connection nodes on the bottom ring beam and the roof ring beam. The inclined supporting access door and the method have the advantages that the maneuverability of the method as well as the mounting efficiency is high; the accuracy in structural mounting and positioning is improved; the error rate is reduced; the quality of a building steel structure is improved; the mounting risk of the steel structure is reduced.
