The invention discloses a building electrical pipeline system penetrating through a seismic joint and a construction method thereof. The electrical pipeline system comprises a first building electrical pipeline system, a second building electrical pipeline system and a third building electrical pipeline system, wherein the first building electrical pipeline system is arranged at the seismic joint of a structural slab and comprises a first steel pipe, a first line passing-through box, a metal hose, a second line passing-through box and a second steel pipe which are connected in sequence; the length of the metal hose is larger than the maximum position displacement of the seismic joint. According to the building electrical pipeline system penetrating through the seismic joint and the construction method thereof, provided by the invention, in the first building electrical pipeline system, the second building electrical pipeline system and the third building electrical pipeline system, the corresponding steel pipes are connected through the metal hose at the seismic joint, and the length of the metal hose is larger than the maximum position displacement of the seismic joint, so that when an earthquake occurs, electric wires or cables in the steel pipes and the metal hose are prevented from circuit break even if structures on both sides of the seismic joint of the building take place displacement, and the harm to the personnel and property security is avoided.
