The invention discloses a waterproof structure for a pipeline penetrating through a roof and a construction method, and belongs to the technical field of roof waterproofing. The method comprises the following steps: leveling a joint where a pipeline penetrates through a roof by using mortar in a ratio of 1: 3, cleaning the joint of the pipeline, uniformly brushing a concrete surface layer by using a waterproof coating, constructing two SBS waterproof coiled materials with thicknesses of 3 + 3mm on the upper part, constructing a dry-laid non-woven polyester fiber cloth isolation layer on a waterproof layer, and finally constructing a waterproof protection layer. A phi4at100 single-layer two-way reinforcing mesh is arranged in the pipeline, the waterproof coiled material and the pasting end of the pipeline are locked through a galvanized flat iron hoop, and a cylindrical kicking table is poured to the root of the pipeline; therefore, the phenomenon that accumulated water at the bottom of the roof seeps into the penetrating pipeline is effectively changed, and the common quality problems such as water seepage of the traditional pipeline penetrating the roof are avoided. And the construction quality of the building planting roof is improved.
本发明公开了一种管道穿屋面防水构造及施工方法,属于屋面防水技术领域。在管道穿屋面的结合处,使用1:3配比的砂浆进行找平后,把管道结合处清理干净,使用防水涂料将混凝土面层刷抹均匀,3mm厚SBS防水卷材,上部再施工3+3mm厚2道SBS防水卷材,防水层上再施工干铺无纺聚酯纤维布隔离层一道,最后施工防水保护层,内配Ф4@100单层双向钢筋网片,防水卷材与管道粘贴端部用镀锌扁铁套箍锁定,管道根部浇灌圆柱形踢台;从而有效改观屋面底部积水对穿管道处渗水现象,避免了传统管道穿屋面出现渗水等质量通病等问题;提高建筑种植屋面的施工质量。
