The invention provides a system utilizing rainwater flow collection for irrigating a hilly land and belongs to the technical field of agricultural irrigation. The system comprises a rain collecting system body, an irrigation system body, a water storage system body, a water conveying system body and a water utilization system body. The system solves the problem that due to poor irrigation conditions, the dry hilly land can not be irrigated easily and the problem that due to poor plantation conditions and water shortage of crops, yield decrease is caused easily. The hilly land is planned in a zoning mode to plant the different crops, full-laminating rain collection prevents the water and soil loss, the crop yield is increased, different micro-irrigation forms are adopted for zoning irrigation, self-pressing micro-irrigation is adopted in zones B and C, investment is saved, and equipment intensity is reduced; the rain flow collection irrigation system built with the hilly land as a core serves as driving force to form a miniature type circular agriculture system.
