Calcium carbide sensible heat recovery system
The invention discloses a calcium carbide sensible heat recovery system, which includes a roller way, a rapid condensation casing device, a roller type tunnel kiln and waste heat recovery equipment. Specifically, the rapid condensation casing device is installed on the roller way, and performs cooling through cooling water, the roller type tunnel kiln is arranged on the roller way, a circulating fan is installed in the roller type tunnel kiln to conduct circulating air cooling on calcium carbide, the waste heat recovery equipment and the roller type tunnel kiln are connected through a pipeline to perform waste heat recovery, high temperature liquid calcium carbide is injected into the rapid condensation casing device to conduct primary cooling, and the roller way conveys the rapid condensation casing device into the roller type tunnel kiln to further cool calcium carbide. The calcium carbide sensible heat recovery system provided by the invention does not rely on a furnace discharge track or air cooling cross, and overcomes the disadvantages of occupation of a large production workshop area, delay of production rhythm and the like in a traditional cooling process.
