The invention discloses alkali-slag cement which consists of the following components in percentage by weight: 15-25% of clinker, 60-75% of mineral powder, 3-15% of gypsum, 1-5% of auxiliaries and 0.02-0.10% of an activator, wherein the auxiliaries comprise coal ash and lime stones and the activator is a mixture of sodium sulfate and organic ammonium salt or a mixture of calcium sulfate and organic ammonium salt. The early compression strength of the alkali-slag cement meets the national standard and is wide in range of application.
