A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
The present invention discloses an alkali slag cement production technology which comprises the following steps: first, slag is milled by a vertical mill, double roller working pressure is 10Mpa, the material layer thickness is 10-30mm, the activity coefficient is S95, the water content is 25%; then the milled slag is stirred with a stirrer, added with gypsum and accessories, and milled with a ball mill until the particle size of 80 microns is less than 10%; after detection with a particle size detector, the qualified milled slag enters the next process; and finally, the milled slag is incorporated into the clinker, and added with an activator, and the uniformity coefficient reaches 1.5%. The early compressive strength of the alkali slag cement prepared by the production process meets the national standards, and the alkali slag cement has a wide application range.
