Device for drying and calcining gypsum powder by natural gas
The invention discloses a device for drying and calcining gypsum powder by natural gas. The device comprises a natural gas tank, a main conveying pipeline and an output pipeline which are sequentially communicated, wherein the output pipeline is communicated with a natural gas burning region of a calcining furnace; an air conveying pipeline is connected onto the main conveying pipeline; one end, communicated with a natural gas cylinder, of the main conveying pipeline is provided with a natural gas flow rate valve used for controlling the natural gas flow rate; an air flow rate valve used for controlling the air flow rate is arranged on the air conveying pipeline; the natural gas burning region is communicated with a drying device; an outlet of the drying device is connected with a hearth of the calcining furnace. The device has the advantages that the conventional coal calcining mode is changed into natural gas calcining, so that environment pollution due to harmful gas can be avoided; in addition, harmful gas cannot be generated during the natural gas burning, so that hot air generated through natural gas burning can be directly used for drying; the heat exchange is not needed; the heat loss is reduced.
