Method for producing gypsum powder by drying and calcining citric gypsum by natural gas
The invention discloses a method for producing gypsum powder by drying and calcining citric gypsum by natural gas. The method comprises: raw material preparation; drying; calcining; grinding; aging; and packaging. The used raw materials are citric gypsum which is washed by flush water, naturally piled and homogenized. The process provided by the invention carries out comprehensive treatment and recycling on solid waste citric gypsum in the citric acid industry, so that the purpose of turning waste into wealth is achieved. Meanwhile, by using natural gas as a heat source of calcining and drying, not only are a series of environmental-friendly problems caused by fire coal reduced, but also the whole production process is free of discharge of soot and sulfur dioxide. The clean level of an enterprise is improved, the heat generated by the natural gas heat source is further fully utilized for direct drying, and the heat loss caused by heat exchange is avoided.
