The invention discloses an efficient waterproof cement-based material which comprises a liquid material and a powder material. The liquid material is prepared from, by weight, 70-80 parts of modified butyl acrylate emulsion, 20-30 parts of acrylic emulsion, 0.1-0.3 part of alkylphenol polyethenoxy ether, 0.3-1 part of glyceryl tristearate, 0.5-0.9 part of silicone oil, 0.3-0.5 part of flatting agent BYK-333, 0.2-0.4 part of preservative, 1-2 parts of gamma-aminopropyl triethoxy and 5-10 parts of water. The powder material is prepared from, by weight, 50-70 parts of 42.5-level ordinary Portland cement, 20-30 parts of fine sand, 5-15 parts of quartz sand, 5-10 parts of silica gel, 10-15 parts of ground limestone, 3-5 parts of methyl sodium silicate, 2-3 parts of aluminum stearate, 1-2 parts of sodium bentonite, 0.5-1 part of calcium hydroxide, 2-3 parts of sodium lignin sulfonate, 1-2 parts of sodium methyl naphthalene sulfonate and 1.5-2 parts of vinyl triethoxysilane.
