Environment-friendly light-weight aggregate concrete and preparation process thereof
The invention discloses environment-friendly light-weight aggregate concrete. The environment-friendly light-weight aggregate concrete comprises cement, ceramsite, coal ash, lime and gypsum at the weight ratio of 1 to 2.5 to 2.5 to 0.15 to 0.05, wherein 30%-50% of doped coal ash is equivalently replaced by desulfurized gypsum, and 5%-10% of doped coal ash is replaced equivalently by desulfurized ash, and 3%-10% of doped cement is equivalently replaced by silica fume. The invention further discloses a preparation process of the environment-friendly light-weight aggregate concrete. The preparation process comprises the following steps: (1) uniformly stirring the cement, the desulfurized ash, the desulfurized gypsum, the coal ash, the gypsum and the lime to form a mixture 1; (2) uniformly stirring coarse aggregate ceramsite with the mixture 1 to form a mixture 2; and (3) firstly blending fine aggregate ceramsite with the dried mixture 2, adding water, and uniformly stirring to obtain the environment-friendly light-weight aggregate concrete. According to the preparation process, solid waste including the desulfurized gypsum, the desulfurized ash and the coal ash of a power plant can be adequately utilized, so that the transportation and stacking costs of the solid waste of the power plant can be lowered, the consumption of the cement can be reduced, the production cost of the light-weight aggregate concrete can be saved, and therefore, the energy saving purpose is achieved.
