Novel environment-friendly recycled aggregate pervious concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses recycled aggregate pervious concrete which is characterized by being prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 600 to 800 parts of recycled coarse aggregate with the particle size of 4.75 to 9.5 mm, 10 to 20 parts of polycarboxylate superplasticizer, 40 to 50 parts of rice husk charcoal, 20 to 30 parts of fiber filler, 210 to 230 parts of PO42.5 ordinary Portland cement, 3 to 6 parts of silane coupling agent and 90 to 110 parts of water. According to the recycled aggregate pervious concrete provided by the invention, the strength, the COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand) adsorption rate and the water absorption and storage capacity of the recycled aggregate pervious concrete can be improved by improving methods such as preparation of the recycled coarse aggregate and pretreatment of the recycled coarse aggregate and the biochar. Meanwhile, the biochar is used as a water-retaining filler, so that the urban heat island effect can be effectively relieved. And the charcoal is doped into the concrete, so that the effect of sealing and storing the charcoal can also be achieved. The pollution of sewage and carbon dioxide to the environment is reduced, meanwhile, harmlessness and recycling of construction waste and agricultural waste are achieved, the effects of saving energy, protecting the environment and purifying ecology are achieved, and building of a novel ecological sponge city is facilitated.
本发明公开了一种再生骨料透水混凝土,其特征在于,以质量份数计包括:粒径为4.75‑9.5mm再生粗骨料600‑800份、聚羧酸高效减水剂10‑20份、稻谷壳生物炭40‑50份、纤维填料20‑30份、PO42.5普通硅酸盐水泥210‑230份、硅烷偶联剂3‑6份、水90‑110份。本发明提供的再生骨料透水混凝土,通过对再生粗骨料的制备,以及再生粗骨料与生物炭的预处理等方法的改进,可以提高再生骨料透水混凝土的强度、COD的吸附率和吸水储水能力。同时,生物炭作为保水性填料,还能够有效缓解城市热岛效应。在混凝土中掺入生物炭,也可以起到封存炭的作用。在减少污水和二氧化碳对环境污染的同时实现了建筑垃圾和农业垃圾的无害化、资源化,起到了节能环保和净化生态的作用,有助于建成新型生态海绵城市。
