Novel preparation method capable of reducing firing temperature of Nixing pottery
The invention discloses a novel preparation method capable of reducing a firing temperature of Nixing pottery. A blank is prepared from 50 to 56 parts of east mud, 30 to 36 parts of west mud, 1 to 2 parts of bentonite, 1 to 3 parts of wollastonite, 0.6 to 0.8 part of nepheline square rock, 0.3 to 0.5 part of powder quartz and 1 to 3 parts of alumina. A firing method comprises the following steps: a) raising the temperature to 80 to 90 DEG C at the speed of 20 to 30 DEG C/h, and maintaining the temperature for 6 to 8h; b) raising the temperature to 120 to 140 DEG C at the speed of 30 to 40 DEG C/h, and maintaining the temperature for 2 to 4h; c) raising the temperature to 450 to 550 DEG C at the speed of 70 to 80 DEG C/h, and maintaining the temperature for 0.2 to 0.4h; d) raising the temperature to 750 to 850 DEG C at the speed of 70 to 80 DEG C/h, and maintaining the temperature for 0.1 to 0.3h; e) raising the temperature to 1,030 to 1,060 DEG C at the speed of 90 to 100 DEG C/h, and maintaining the temperature for 0.6 to 0.8h.
