Non-stoichiometric barium-strontium-titanate-based dielectric ceramic material and preparation method
The invention discloses a non-stoichiometric barium-strontium-titanate-based dielectric ceramic material and a preparation method. The ceramic material is prepared from, by mass, 98.3%-99.3% of (Ba(1-x)Sr(x))Ti(1-delta)O3, 0.4%-0.8% of Sb2O3, 0.1%-0.3% of ZnO, 0.1%-0.3% of MnO2 and 0.1%-0.3% of MgO, wherein x=0.25-0.3, and delta=0-0.008. The non-stoichiometric barium-strontium-titanate-based dielectric ceramic material has the advantages that the non-stoichiometric barium-strontium-titanate-based dielectric ceramic material is a single-phase solid solution, has the advantages of being large in dielectric constant and low in dielectric loss and can obtain a fine crystalline structure through the action of the grain growth inhibitor Sb2O3; meanwhile, the preparation method has the advantages that the sintering temperature can be lowered to 1300 DEG C-1320 DEG C, and therefore the ceramic material is low in porosity, high in compactness and good in repeatability.
