Hard alkali-resistant pressure-resisting castable
The invention relates to a refractory material, in particular to a hard alkali-resistant pressure-resisting castable. Calcium hexaluminate serves as aggregate, nano aluminum oxide is added into a matrix material to improve the compactness and strength of the material and reduce sintering temperature. In addition, silica powder is added to serve as a sintering agent, pure calcium aluminate cement serves as a bonding agent, and the construction time and construction performance are regulated by adopting a water reducing agent and a retarder. The hard alkali-resistant pressure-resisting castable has the characteristics of low solubility and high alkali corrosion resistance in iron-containing slag, especially has very high stability under a reducing atmosphere and has the advantages of low wetting degree and low heat conductivity coefficient to molten metal and molten slag. The service life and stability of the castable are effectively improved, castable consumption is reduced, the times of furnace shutdown for overhaul are decreased, and the hard alkali-resistant pressure-resisting castable is especially suitable for a catalytic coal gasifier.
