Low-creep azorite indecomposable overflow brick and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a low-creep azorite indecomposable overflow brick and a preparation method thereof. The brick comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 99.40-99.85% of azorite powder and 0.15-0.60% of ilmenite powder. The product prepared by the method provided by the invention is high in volume density and extremely low in apparent porosity, significantly reduces the high-temperature bending creep rate of an azorite material, and has an extremely-low foaming index to liquid crystal glass; and the preparation method is small in added quantity of a sintering aid, does not cause decomposition of azorite during firing, is simple and easy to implement, is scientific and reasonable, and is convenient for large-scale industrial production.
