Manufacturing method for infiltrating irrigation blockage-preventing seepage heads
The invention relates to a manufacturing method for infiltrating irrigation blockage-preventing seepage heads. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: putting 0.5-2 parts by weight of carbon melt glue and 2-5 parts by weight of a carbon-containing material into a die; and carrying out a pressing or extruding process in a condition that a heating temperature is 0-80 DEG C so as to prepare the product, wherein the carbon-containing material is prepared by mixing carbon block powder with one or two of sintered and molded active carbon and carbon; and meanwhile, the particle size ranges of the carbon block powder and the sintered and molded active carbon and carbon are 20-80 meshes or 50-150 nm. The seepage heads provided by the invention are buried near the root of a plant to directly, uniformly and slowly convey water in a small flow at low pressure to a crop root system region so as to moist soil, so that water is absorbed and utilized by crops. The seepage heads provided by the invention are prepared from the carbon-containing material with a certain grain size and the nanoscale carbon-containing material, so that the water yields of the seepage heads are maintained consistent for uniform irrigation. In particular, the phenomenon that the seepage heads are blocked due to the fact that roots and stems of plants grow to coil and gather is avoided.
