Mortar for autoclaved aerated concrete block
The invention discloses mortar for an autoclaved aerated concrete block. The mortar is prepared from, by weight, 62% of quartz sand, 8% of coal ash, 8% of zeolite powder, 0.5% of hydroxyethylmethylcellulose, 3% of sepiolite, 4% of quick lime, 6% of cement, 2% of aluminum powder, 4.5% of redispersible powder, 1% of water reducer and 1% of additive. Compared with existing techniques for preparing mortar for the autoclaved aerated concrete block, the production process has the advantages that the production process is simple, cost is low, and the prepared mortar is high in strength, low in heat conductivity coefficient, quite good in anti-crack effect, capable of saving energy, environmentally friendly, and capable of meeting the requirements for construction engineering and environment protection; by pre-treating quartz sand and adding treated sepiolite and aluminum powder in a matched mode, the stability of the mortar can be improved, the cracking rate of the prepared autoclaved aerated concrete block can be reduced greatly, and the strength of the prepared autoclaved aerated concrete block can be improved; benzylcellulose with a weight ratio of 1% is adopted to serve as the additive, associativity between different components is improved, and then the strength of the autoclaved aerated concrete block is further improved; water resistance and high temperature and low temperature resistance are high.
