High-ductility mortar for aerated bricks
The invention discloses high-ductility mortar for aerated bricks. The high-ductility mortar is prepared from, by weight, 59% of quartz sand, 11% of fly ash, 4% of glass fibers, 2% of zeolite powder, 3% of kieselguhr, 4.5% of quick lime, 8% of cement, 2% of aluminum powder, 4.5% of redispersible latex powder, 1% of water reducing agent and 1% of additives. The high-ductility mortar is simple in production technology and low in cost; the prepared mortar is good in strength, low in heat conduction coefficient, very good in crack resisting effect, capable of saving energy, environmentally friendly and capable of meeting the requirement of construction engineering and the demand for environment friendliness. Expansive soil is added in the cement to conduct calcination modification, and thus the adhesion of the cement in the mortar is enhanced; the kieselguhr obtained after technological modification is added, so that the performance of the mortar is improved, and the air shrinkage deformation of the mortar is small. Hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose with the weight percent of 1% is adopted as the additives, the bonding property of all the components is improved, and thus the strength of the aerated bricks is further improved.
