Mortar for high-strength aerated bricks
The invention discloses mortar for high-strength aerated bricks. The mortar is prepared from, by weight, 56% of quartz sand, 14% of fly ash, 8% of zeolite powder, 0.5% of hydroxyethyl methylcellulose, 3% of sepiolite, 4% of quick lime, 6% of cement, 2% of aluminum powder, 4.5% of redispersible latex powder, 1% of water reducing agents and 1% of additives. Compared with an existing preparing technology of mortar for aerated bricks, the mortar is simple in production technology and low in cost, and the prepared mortar is high in strength, low in heat conduction coefficient, very good in crack resisting effect, capable of saving energy, environmentally friendly and capable of meeting the demand of construction engineering and the demand for environment friendliness. The stability of the mortar can be improved by carrying out water bath heating treatment on the quartz sand and adding the treated sepiolite and the treated aluminum powder in a matched mode, and thus the strength of the prepared aerated bricks is enhanced; cellulose ether accounting for 1% by weight serves as the additives, the bonding property of all the ingredients is improved, and thus the strength of the aerated bricks is further improved; the mortar has the good water proofing and high-low temperature resisting performance.
