Conveyor-belt-type automatic glaze spraying device
The invention discloses a conveyor-belt-type automatic glaze spraying device. The device comprises: a frame; a belt pulley mechanism arranged on the frame and including an upper belt pulley set and a lower belt pulley set, wherein clamping rubber pads surround belts of the upper and lower belt pulley sets, respectively. A channel for placing a greenware is formed between the clamping rubber pads, and the greenware placed in the channel moves with the belts. The device also comprises a driving mechanism including driving cams and double-rocker mechanisms, wherein each double-rocker mechanism comprises an active rocker and a crane rod connected to the active rocker through a connection rod, and the active rocker is connected to the driving cam. The driving cam drives the active rocker to rotate, and the active rocker drives to the crane rod to swing, wherein the crane rod is arranged corresponding to the greenware on the channel. The device further comprises a glaze spraying mechanism including a nozzle, wherein the nozzle is located at the end of the crane rod. The glaze spraying device is simple in structure and high in production efficiency, and the whole glazing process is completely automatic.
