Anticorrosive floor and construction method thereof
The invention discloses an anticorrosive floor and a construction method thereof. The floor comprises a priming coat and an anticorrosive coat. The anticorrosive coat is prepared from, by weight, 150-200 parts of saturated hydroxyl polyester resin, 25-30 parts of auxiliaries, 300-400 parts of metal aggregate, 60-80 parts of plasma modified anticorrosive powder and 30-50 parts of pigment. With rubber powder and nickel slag powder being raw materials, the plasma modified anticorrosive powder is prepared through plasma modification. The solid content of the adopted saturated hydroxyl polyester resin is 86-90%, and in cooperation with the plasma modified anticorrosive powder, the environmentally-friendly product high in corrosion resistance is obtained through blending, paving and grinding.
