The terrace construction method comprises the following steps: treating the surface of a concrete floor; wax closed prime coat construction is conducted, and a closed layer is formed; and performing surface coating construction on the waxy heavy-duty anti-corrosion floor to form a surface layer. According to the floor construction method adopting the waxy anti-corrosion coating, a new waxy anti-corrosion material is adopted, and volatile organic compounds are not contained; the adopted waxy closed prime coat penetrates into capillary pores of the base material, so that the strength of the base material is enhanced, and the adhesive force and the waterproof capacity of the coating are enhanced; by adopting the coating coated with the waxy heavy anti-corrosion paint, the impact resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and antistatic capacity of the floor are greatly enhanced.
