The invention relates to the field of paper processing, and in particular to environment-friendly wallpaper and a production process thereof. The environment-friendly compound wallpaper includes base paper, an activated carbon fiber layer, a waterproof layer, a pattern layer and a dust-proof film. The activated carbon fiber layer is arranged outside the base paper; the waterproof layer is arranged outside the activated carbon fiber layer; the pattern layer is arranged outside the waterproof layer; and the dust-proof film is set outside the pattern layer. The production process includes: soaking the base paper; drying; pricking; rolling compounding; laminating the waterproof layer on the outside of the activated carbon fiber layer; clipping; adhering the pattern layer on the surface of the waterproof layer through the adhesive; and covering the dustproof film on the surface of the pattern layer by a laminator. The environment-friendly wallpaper has the advantages of beauty, dust prevention, strong aldehyde removal performance, purification of the air, environment-friendliness, sanitation, cleanness, convenience and simple process.
