The invention discloses a constructional engineering temporary road structure and a construction method thereof. The construction method comprises the steps that a miscellaneous fill road layer is paved on a roadbed; a gravel or old concrete layer is paved on the miscellaneous fill road layer; a loading and unloading layer is paved on the gravel or old concrete layer; a drainage channel arranged on the loading and unloading layer is connected with drainage channels on the two sides of the roadbed. According to the constructional engineering temporary road structure and the construction method thereof, standardized prefabricated steel plates are used, recycling use can be achieved, and on-site mechanical assembly is rapid and convenient; the road structure can be directly put into use after being constructed, and delay of construction period is not needed; all used materials are recyclable materials, construction waste is not produced, pollution does not exist, and energy conservation and environment protection are achieved; the steel plates are long in service life, capable of being recycled for many times, low in cost, good in stress property and not prone to being damaged.
