The invention discloses a constructional engineering temporary road structure and a construction method thereof. The construction method comprises the steps that a miscellaneous fill road layer is paved on a roadbed; a gravel or old concrete layer is paved on the miscellaneous fill road layer; a loading and unloading layer is paved on the gravel or old concrete layer; a drainage channel arranged on the loading and unloading layer is connected with drainage channels on the two sides of the roadbed.
