The invention relates to a decontamination machine system, in particular to an intelligent decontamination machine system. The intelligent decontamination machine system comprises a decontamination machine. The decontamination machine is provided with a mechanical grab bucket. The decontamination machine system further comprises a frequency converter unit, a human-computer interface, a grab bucket running unit, a programmable logic controller (PLC) system, wherein the programmable logic controller system is connected with the frequency converter unit, the human-computer interface and the grab bucket running unit. The invention further provides a control method of the decontamination machine system, a programmable logic controller unit obtains the current position of the decontamination machine and makes the decontamination machine run to a proper decontamination position through a frequency converter of the frequency converter unit and a motor; the programmable logic controller unit collects a limiting signal of the mechanical grab bucket and sends the limiting signal to the programmable logic controller unit, and after the limiting signal is obtained, the programmable logic controller unit obtains data of position and opening and closing state of the mechanical grab bucket, receives a control instruction signal input through the human-computer interface, and manipulates the mechanical grab bucket to run to the decontamination position and conduct decontamination operation through the frequency converter. According to the intelligent decontamination machine system and the control method, the operation is simple and convenient, and functionality and practicability are achieved.
