The invention discloses a control method of an intelligent special vehicle decontamination center. The method comprises the following steps: after a special vehicle enters a vehicle cabin of the decontamination center, acquiring entry information of the special vehicle, and making a first cabin door of the vehicle cabin be closed according to the entry information; after personnel in the vehicle enters a personnel cabin through a second cabin door of the vehicle cabin, obtaining entering information of the personnel entering the personnel cabin, and starting a personnel disinfection system todisinfect the personnel in the personnel cabin according to the entry information; and judging whether all cabin doors of the vehicle cabin are closed or not according to the entry information, and starting the vehicle disinfection system to disinfect the special vehicle when all the cabin doors of the vehicle cabin and the personnel cabin are closed. The special vehicle and the related personnelcan be automatically disinfected, and manpower and material resources needed in a disinfection process are saved; and meanwhile, disinfection comprehensiveness of the special vehicle and the related personnel is improved so that use safety of the special vehicle is guaranteed.
