The invention discloses an improved ocean current power generating platform. The improved ocean current power generating platform comprises sliding grooves (2), installing circular holes (3), small work platforms (4), a work platform (5) arranged above the water surface by two meters, a first force frame (6), a second force frame (7), a third force frame (8), a hanging bracket (9) and a fourth force frame (10). The sliding grooves (2) are located in the sides of square piles for forming an internal frame of the power generating platform, and the installing circular holes (3) are located in the tops of the square piles. In addition, the small work platforms (4) are located below the installing circular holes (3). The first force frame (6) is arranged at the lower portion of the axis of a water turbine of the power generating platform. In addition, the second force frame (7) is arranged above the axis of the water turbine by one meter, and the third force frame (8) is arranged above the water surface by two meters. The hanging bracket (9) for hoisting the water turbine is arranged on the side edge of the third force frame (8). Furthermore, the fourth force frame (10) is arranged at the highest position between the hanging bracket (9) and the square piles.
