The invention relates to a lifting system of an ocean platform and the ocean platform. The lifting system of the ocean platform comprises a pile fixing frame, a plurality of lifting mechanisms and a force bearing mechanism. The pile fixing frame is used for being fixed to a platform body of the ocean platform. The multiple lifting mechanisms are installed on the pile fixing frame at intervals in the length direction of the pile fixing frame, each lifting mechanism comprises a frame and multiple gear boxes installed in the frame, and the gear boxes are used for being in driving connection with pile legs of the ocean platform so as to drive the platform body to climb and descend along the pile legs. The force bearing mechanism is arranged between the frame and the pile fixing frame. Supporting beams are arranged at the positions, corresponding to the interval between every two adjacent lifting mechanisms, of the pile fixing frame, and the frame is installed between the pile fixing frame and the supporting beams through a force bearing mechanism or installed between every two adjacent supporting beams or installed between the supporting beams and the platform body. According to the lifting system of the ocean platform, the load of the gear box of each lifting mechanism can be balanced, so that the overall utilization rate of the lifting system is greatly improved.
