The invention relates to a photovoltaic piling machine. The photovoltaic piling machine comprises a walking mechanism, a piling mechanism arranged on the walking mechanism, and a measuring mechanism for measuring a piling point of the piling mechanism, wherein the measuring mechanism transmits a measured signal to a control unit for analysis, and adjusts and controls an operating state of the walking mechanism according to an analysis result. The measuring mechanism measures a geographical position of the piling point, compares and analyzes an offset between the piling point and a preset piling point, and controls the walking mechanism to walk according to an analysis result, so that the piling point is overlapped with the preset piling point, and piles for piling are positioned on one straight line.
